Od 1984roku, po odkryciu wyjątkowych warunków wietrznych na Playa Sotavento rozpoczął realizację swojego wielkiego przedsięwzięcia. W naszej historii możecie przeczytać, w jaki sposób z początkowych ośmiu desek i 30 żagli powstała największa obecnie szkoła wind- i kitesurfingu na świecie, którą rocznie odwiedza 25.000 gości.

1984

Przyjazd René na Fuerteventurę: Wyłączność na prawo do windsurfingu hotelu Gorriones Fuerteventura- w kieszeni!

Od maja, magazyn sprzętu i biuro znajdują się w mini klubie hotelu Gorriones Fuerteventura.

W pierwszym roku z serwisu windsurfingowego René Egli korzysta ok. 150 gości.

1985

Pierwszy Prospekt (produkcja własna–nakład 100 szt.)

René nawiązuje po raz pierwszy współpracę z dużymi biurami podróży (Neckermann, Sun&Fun), tym samym sprawia, że można zarezerwować kompletny urlop windsurfingowy.

Dzięki aktywnej obecności na targach, René udaje się umacniać pozycję kompleksowego urlopu surfingowego – popyt stale rośnie.

1986

René jest organizatorem i uczestnikiem pierwszych Mistrzostw Świata PBA Windsurf Speed na Fuerteventurze.

Pascal Maka ustanawia nowy rekord świata 38,86 węzłów – dzięki czemu Fuerteventura staje się coraz bardziej popularna.

Założenie marki Lifestyle Fuerte Action, i jednocześnie poszerzenie całościowej oferty.

1987

Biuro, magazyn, sklep i własna recepcja powstają w hotelu Gorriones Fuerteventura na powierzchni 640 m2 .

Powstaje baza René Egli.

Pierwszy darmowy transport wahadłowy do Costa Calma.

The windsurfing material is now transported to the beach using trailers and the first installations similar to a centre are constructed at the beach.

The windsurfing sails remain rigged up at the beach store - the boards are transferred daily at the beach.

The windsurfing center gains shaded and wind-shielded relax-areas, a beach bar and sanitary facilities, making it significantly more convenient for the growing number of guests.

René receives the "Bronze" medal for his outstanding achievements benefitting the general public interest of Fuerteventura.

2008

The René Egli Signature collection with wind & kite-surfing motifs expands the offer of the Fuerte Action brand as an independent range.

Together with the beach licences, René purchases by auction the exclusive right to teach in the lagoon.

René po raz 30. z rzędu zorganizował Fuerteventura Windsurfing & Kiteboarding Wold Cup - z tej okazji otrzymał specjalną nagrodę za swój wkład w organizację Mistrzostw Świata.
